My Logitech webcam zoom settings don't work in Teams

All of a sudden, my camera's zoom settings stopped working with Teams calls. When I start or join a call, I am 1000% zoomed in so you can only see my eyes! I have to click on the Logitech app for it to zoom out, but then I can't zoom back in. I've not had any issues the past 3 years of using this camera and Logitech even sent me a new webcam but it's doing the same thing. It's fine in Zoom and WebEx, although I still can't adjust the zoom, but I don't enter super zoomed in. Any help?

Thank you. Yes, both are running the latest software and all device settings are correct. I already uninstalled and reinstalled and have tried 2 different computers and both are performing the same. :(

    Hello,

Ensure that both the Logitech Camera Settings app and Microsoft Teams are updated to their latest versions.

Within Teams, go to the device settings and make sure that the correct camera is selected, and see if there are any additional settings that may be affecting the zoom.

Open the Logitech software and check if there are preset configurations that might be interfering with Teams.

Uninstall and reinstall the webcam drivers. Sometimes a fresh driver installation can resolve conflicts.

If possible, try using the webcam on a different computer with Teams to see if the issue persists.

    Hope this helps!

    Warm Regards, Ozi
