Hello Luân. Đ,
If you’re unable to @everyone in a specific group chat on Microsoft Teams, it could be due to the following reasons:
Team settings: The team owner might have removed the ability to @mention everyone in the team settings. You can ask the team owner to check this setting.
Permissions: You might not have the necessary licenses to @mention everyone. In some teams, only owners or moderators can @mention everyone.
Group chat vs. Team chat: Please note that @everyone and @team mention working in team channels but not in group chats. If you’re in a group chat (not a team channel), you won’t be able to @mention everyone.
If none of these seem to be the issue, I recommend contacting your organization’s IT support for further assistance.
Kind regards, Segunfunmi.

To enable the @everyone tag in Microsoft Teams, you can follow these steps:
Click on the ellipsis next to your profile picture.
Open the Settings window.
In the vertical menu, click on Notifications.
Edit the chat options.
Select your desired options for the @everyone.
Close the Settings window, and your changes will be immediately applied.
You can also enable the @team and @channel tags by clicking on the settings tab on the left and turning on the options for @team and @channel.
If you want your team members to be able to create tag groups, click the three-dot menu icon next to the Team name and then click the “Manage Team” button. Next, select “Settings” and change the “Who Can Add Tags” option from “Owners Only” to "All Members".
Please note that your organization might not have this feature enabled if you cannot create or manage tags. If so, you should contact your team owner for further assistance.
Kind regards, Segunfunmi
