Hi all,

I have a user who gets 'Access denied. Please contact your IT help desk for more information' error. The user can sign in after the app data clearing, but after signing out the next attempt to sign in will be failed.

I've already checked, the user has an MS Teams license, and the problem occurs only while using a corporate phone (the user uses desktop or web versions without issues).

What can be done here to solve the issue?

I've the same problem, have purchased nothing phone 2 and set up a new work profile, everything seems to be working fine but teams access is denied. It says nothing phone 2 is not compatible with company guidelines. Please help in getting this issue resolved. I am getting the teams notification in the window but when I open the app, access gets denied.

Azure. But none of the other users have such an issue.

No VPN is used on that phone.

Is the phone using company VPN or is a joined device in Azure?

    Hi Ahmed!

Thanks for your help. The user has the sign-in issue only on their mobile phone.

I updated the app, but it didn't help. Clearing the app data helps, but it works only for one sign-in attempt.

Also, no sign-in issues were identified by the Teams Sign-in diagnostic checks.
