Drawing diagrams/freehand/writing in Teams Chat using Surface Pro Pen

Hi,

I am a teacher using Teams chat/channels with my students. I often need to draw diagrams to explain things. There does not seem to be an easy option for me to use my Surface Pro pen in a Teams chat post/reply. What is the fastest/easy way for me to include diagrams/hand-writing in a Teams chat post/reply?

If it is not in native Teams - I have set up whiteboard session and then paste a picture across into Teams post, but this seems a bit clunky and ridiculous. Is there a better way using standard Microsoft apps/tools?

    Dear Dean Robinson

    Thanks for choosing Microsoft Community.

Based on your description, I know the issue you met. I'm willing to help you, but since your issue is about Teams related consult and this is really out of the scope of support in this community. There is a sensitive forum that is responsible for consulting and questions about Teams. So I sincerely suggest you publish it on Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Community Hub. Engineers there who are responsible for consult about Teams will provide you further help. Believe they can help you solve the problem. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your precious time. Have a nice day.

    Sincerely

    Katherine
