I only saw one of this cert and was not able to delete it. Both teams on the web and new teams give me this message for some external chat groups "We’re having trouble loading your messages. Try refreshing.". The mobile app works like normal and I am able to view the chats and their content. Has there been a long term solution for this yet?

I have the exact same issue. I cant access my groups from my laptop, only from my phone, which is weird. Also very irritating as I need the information on my laptop. I am also able to join the meetings from my phone but not from my laptop - very very infuriating.

Bump. I suffer from the same issue with the desktop Teams app -- can't see old chats. I get the following message,, "We’re having trouble loading your messages. Try refreshing". Things work fine for me if I use the Teams webapp. Any new ideas? Thanks in advance!

Hi, Harriet. I am an independent advisor, trying to help other users in the Community with my experience in Microsoft products. Please note that I am a user like you and don't work directly for Microsoft.

I’m sorry that you are having an issue with the new teams. As a user, I understand this can be very frustrating. I deeply understand the issue has affected your work, rest assured I will try to provide you with a solution.

Do you experience the same when you are logged in on the web version of Teams?

Gopal Chaudhary in the article on https://answers.microsoft.com/thread/ce148031-4c17-40bc-a79e-4450b1830ee1 highlights the following steps to resolving the issue:

" If you run into this issue. Do the following.

    1. Go into Chrome Settings
    2. Privacy and Security
    3. Security
    4. Manage Certificates
    5. Trusted Root Certification Authorities
    6. Here you will likely see two entries for 'DigiCert Global Root G2 '. One can be deleted while the error cannot. Delete the one that you are allowed to.
    7. Restart PC"

I hope this helps you. Let me know if this contradicts what you need. I remain helpful in answering any more of your questions.

    Warm Regards

    Femi
