Hello,

I've been searching and unable to find the background Together Mode image used in this article: New ways to celebrate holiday festivities with Microsoft Teams | Microsoft 365 Blog

Anyone have any idea where I can find it or activate it in Teams so we can use it for our upcoming virtual staff party?

Many thanks,

Emma

That was the least helpful reply I have ever seen.

Microsoft creates a custom scene to promote their new together mode. Doesn't make it available to the public. Then when asked where can we get it (since you're advertising it everywhere) you eager, helpful reply is "go f yourself, make your own, hahahaha"

Seriously - Microsoft, how unhelpful can you get????

Just share the blank version of that Together Mode background so we can all use it. How hard is that to implement?

Instead you would rather your customer-base spend anxiety-ridden hours searching the Internet and to no avail.

    Brilliant!!!!

Why not show all these amazing features of your products, and then NOT make them available. That's a good business model 👌

Definitely a need here which a solution does not currently exist. No where can you download custom scenes for together mode, you have to build yourself which, frankly, I don't have time to do. Someone should start creating these to sell for a few bucks a pop.

    Hi Fran,

    I'm afraid I didn't find that picture.

    I ended up using this:

And editing it in this tool: Scene studio: Developer Portal (microsoft.com) to add the spaces where people would appear.

It worked fine in the Teams meeting with everyone popping up where they were meant to be.

However, I'd hoped to be able to record the meeting with everyone in the Together mode, but in the recorded file, it just reverts back to everyone with their cameras on and that's all.

Greetings! I am Ajibola, eager to assist you with confidence and assertiveness. I guarantee to provide you with exceptional support.

The Together Mode image from the article is a custom scene that was created by Microsoft for the holiday season. It is not available as a default option in Teams, but you can create your custom scene using the Scene Studio in the Teams Developer Portal. To create your custom scene, you will need to join the free Microsoft 365 Developer Program and sign in to the Developer Portal with your new credentials. Then, you can use the Scene studio to design your scene, add it to Teams, and use it in your meetings.
