    Update:

I changed my membership from member to owner, and the members list was updated correctly on the web and in the client.

I changed my membership to member, and it was updated correctly again.

There must have been corruption on the back end of the group memberships.

    Regards,

    Scott

We are having the same issue with the Windows clients. When managing a Team, only the owners are showing.

I will be adding a member to our team today to see if that resolves the issue as well.

    Regards,

    Scott

Update: Adding a team member did not resolve our issue. The web client now shows 0 members as well. Yesterday it was showing some but not all members. Owners show correctly. searching members will show them but not in the main list itself.

    Hello

I’m Adeyemi and I’d be happy to help you with your question.

The issue of team members not showing up in Microsoft Teams could be due to several reasons.

One possibility is that there might be a delay in syncing the members list, especially if the members were added recently. You can try checking the Teams Admin Center to see if all the members are visible there. To do this, open Teams Admin Center > Teams > Manage Teams > Search for your affected Office 365 group and click on edit settings to view the members list.

Another possibility is that there might be an issue with the Teams app itself. You can try clearing the cache and credential manager cache². To do this, fully exit the Microsoft Teams desktop client, go to File Explorer, and type in %appdata%\Microsoft\teams. From within 'Application Cache', go to Cache and delete any of the files in the Cache location.

    I hope this helps.
