    Hello,

My name is EngineTyme, an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you and I would be glad to help you.

I apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing with outgoing calls in Microsoft Teams. Let’s explore some potential solutions to address this issue:

    1. Check Audio Settings: Ensure that your sound settings are working properly on your PC. Verify that your microphone and speakers are functioning as expected. Make sure you’re connected to the internet.
    2. Update Microsoft Teams: Sometimes outdated versions of Teams can cause issues. Update your Teams app to the latest version to see if it resolves the problem.
    3. Quiet Hours Settings: Check if your system’s Quiet Hours settings are affecting notifications. Disable Quiet Hours during your work hours to allow incoming call notifications.
    4. Web Application Test: Try using Teams in the web application (via Chrome or Edge browser). Sign in to Teams web: https://teams.microsoft.com. and see if the issue persists there.
