What happened to the Turn In button on Microsoft Teams assignments?

I use Microsoft Teams to create classes. In my classes I create assignments with due dates and assign them through Classwork topics. However, my students noticed today that there is no Turn In button on the assignments...and when I look in student mode in my Teams, I also do not see the Turn In button.

    2. Is the assignment passed the deadline for submission?
