Screenshare in New Teams not working in MacOS 24033.812.2721.9190

This is a fresh new Mac install. We installed Office with New Teams. When we launch New Teams, we try to screen share and the dialog box for Screen Recording comes up:

We click O[em System Settings and the selection for Screen Recording is already ENABLED.

We disable and re-enable and it still says it won't Screen Share.

We are on Sonoma 14.2

So we tried Teams Classic. Same thing. Any ideas?

I was having the same problem. I managed to solve it by disabling tems in the second menu that would refer to Audio Sharing.

See the image below, it is in Portuguese but serves as a reference.

I am also seeing exactly the same issue on M1 mac.

Screen sharing will load but stay blank screen for a couple minutes, then it will share a single frame every 30 seconds, completely un-usable.

Switching back to teams classic works fine but it is constantly forcing you into the new version.

    MS please fix your stuff.

We're having this same issue, even with screen recording enabled as it is clearly shown in the OP's initial post. Also, we're now unable to revert to the old teams because it just automatically downloads and switches to the new version.

Notifications and sharing are not working at all.

Also, we aren't getting an error, it just prompts to enable the screen recording even though it is enabled.
