Unable to use mic on JLab GoWork headset in TEAMS meeting

I have a recent issue with TEAMS and my JLab GoWork wireless Bluetooth headset. After about about a year of owning the headset and using it with all relevant apps, including TEAMS, our office recently purchased new equipment - Dell precision 3580 laptops with Windows11 - and now I am having issues with my headset. I am able to use it for everything but TEAMS meetings. I can even take TEAMS calls, but for meetings I get the 'device not connect' error.

I have tried all settings, and disconnected and reconnected via Bluetooth, removed and reinstalled/paired device. I even had our help desk run through the standard, by the book pc assistance. Nothing works. The TEAMS test call even works...all but the mic during TEAMS meetings

I have the same headset. My company upgraded to Windows 11 and I can't use avaya soft phone because it is not recognizing the headset as a headset only headphones. We (our IT guys) tried everything and nothing fixed it. I switched back to old computer and it works fine I can hear and take calls. Then the update is pushed through and headset stops working again.

We're also having this issue with the exact same headset model and Precision laptops, however one set of models is a 5570 and the other a 5470. Did this ever get resolved?
