Hi,

In New teams when I open the context menu for a channel, I cannot see Connectors. I tried to find it also in Manage channel, but with no luck.

When I switch back to the old version, I can see it and I'm able to manage them.

I created a Channel in the old Teams and added a connector. When I go to the latest version of the new Teams I go to the same channel and "Manage Channel" does not appear in the drop down.

On the new Teams exe I Found the "Open channel details" button in the top left corner, which has the "Manage channel" button.

I confirm that for "General" channel I can see Connectors, and also for another public channel.

But for private channels, I cannot see Connectors section at all, even though I'm the owner of these channels.

    Hello

I’m Adeyemi and I’d be happy to help you with your question.

I understand that you're having trouble finding the Connectors option in the new Microsoft Teams interface. This seems to be a known issue. Here are some steps you can try:

    1. Next to the Team name, select the ellipsis (...) > Manage team > Channels > General > Ellipsis (...). Check if you can see Connectors there.
    2. Make sure under settings all permissions are ticked. There is one for connectors which may be switched off and is causing the issue.

If you're still unable to see the Connectors option, it might be due to the fact that some features are not yet available in the new Microsoft Teams client. In this case, you might need to switch back to the classic Teams to use these features.

If you're using the free tier of Microsoft Teams, it's worth noting that some users have reported that the free tier does not support connectors at all.

    I hope this helps.

    Same issue with our org.

The "connectors" option is simply not present. Switch back to classic teams and it's there.

This is only for private channels with already defined connectors.

All other channels, which did not have any connectors defined before the switch to the new Teams, show the "connectors" option under "manage channel". The existing connectors continue to work, even though they are unreachable for review/edit.
