Webinar Banner Image Quality?

Hi all!

I'm working on creating an image for a Teams Webinar banner. I've noticed that even though my image size is correct and resolution looks good on my image, when I upload it to use as a banner it looks quite blurry. I did all of the typical things I do to try to remove JPEG artefacts as well and it did not help. Is this a known issue for banner images? Does anyone have any tips for the quality?

    Sizing your Microsoft Teams Banner image to 4923px x 1216px and saving as a .png worked for our team. We spent a good 90 mins trying ever iteration before landing on this size.

    Hi Tessa,

    I'm having the same issue with the Teams Webinar banner. I've tried the image as both a PNG and JPG at the recommended resolution and it still pixelated. I'm hoping for answer as well.
