Soft Focus option not available in my Teams

The soft-focus is not available in my Teams. How do I get it? I only have Mirror my video and Adjust brightness. I have read through many forums on this topic and the soft-focus option should be available and listed under the aforementioned video settings, however, it is not. Please advise.

    I had the exact same issue with new TEAMS version (Version 23320.3110.2622.1325 (23320.3110.2622.1325) on my mac M2.

    I closed TEAMS and ran the following two commands from Terminal.

    rm -rf ~/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.com.microsoft.teams

    rm -rf ~/Library/Containers/com.microsoft.teams2

    When I restarted TEAMS soft focus was there, I am not sure if it this will work for you. But it did work for me.

    For the benefit of others, I only needed to close new Teams and do the following:

    rm -rf ~/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.com.microsoft.teams

    My mac wouldn't let me execute the second one, despite prefixing it with the sudo command.

    Anyway, it works with just the first.

    This is from Mac Terminal only.

    Search for how to clean the cache in New Teams.

    I used this post, clicked the link, downloaded, and installed it. When I reopened Teams, it doesn't say 'Teams Classic' but the soft focus is there :)

    Hello Tammy,

    Soft Focus option is not available for all users in Microsoft Teams. It's available for Teams business. According to a Microsoft Community post, the Soft Focus option is not currently available for EDU tenants and Teams free

    The good thing is that there is a way to use the Soft Focus option in Microsoft Teams video meetings. You can use the Adjust Brightness and Soft Focus settings in your Device settings.
