White background in Teams Dark Theme

Teams was updated to

Microsoft Teams version 24004.1307.2669.7070. on 2/13/2024. The client version is 49/24010419128.

The side navigation in Teams in appearing white. (Chats is ok)

Check the attached image, the menu at the top is not showing because the text is white and the background is white.

I have tried to exit Teams and restart and tried rebooting Windows.

    I had the same problem on "new" Teams. I still had "classic" teams installed on my laptop, so I opened it instead. It prompted me with a message something like this, "Did you mean to open New Teams?" I clicked to continue to classic and it opened classic and automatically closed "new" teams. So far it looks good--problem is not happening in classic.

    I have the same bug, but only on the Teams tab, and not Chat or Activity. The behaviour is not restricted to a particular device or to any specific time (like during a meeting).

    After a while, the problem came back :(
    After reinstalling Teams the latest update was not installed. Within an hour, the update got installed on its own and the problem occurred again.

    I fixed the problem by uninstalling teams, restart and installing it again.
