Removing existing teams or channels from Microsoft Teams when no longer needed
Experiencing the same issue as well.
Channels deleted weeks/months ago randomly re-appear.
No way to delete them again as it just times out and doesn't delete.

I have a channel on teams that was deleted months ago but now it seems to have reappeared as a channel on the teams site. When I go to manage channels this channel does not appear as an active channel nor does it appear in the deleted channels. I have confirmed that other members in the channel can see this channel. When I click on the channel is says "We're having trouble loading your messages. Try refreshing."
How do I remove an already deleted channel?

I'm having the same issue- It appears that at the one month mark our deleted channels reappear with no content nor ability to delete / hide etc. I have to clear cache on 14 different member's computers at least every day to make it disappear but then different old channels appear later. It's becoming very frustrating for my team members and I. There does not appear to be a permanent fix. On New teams they at least appear as read channels but on Old teams they appear as freshly created channels which require attention. Of course they are dead channels with no content and state "We’re having trouble loading your messages. Try refreshing."
I am also having this issue.
I'm having the same issue with a team in the web browser version. The deleted Channel is now showing up in active channels (but is not functional) but is no more in deleted channels. I checked in Teams admin and there is no trace of the deleted channel...
