Can't see other people's shared screen.

When I'm in a meeting I can't see other people's shared screen. I've tried restarting the computer, closing other apps, uninstalling and installing the app again, tried to use the M Teams on the web and it doesn't work either and I'm also unable to turn off "new meeting" experience in teams cause the option isn't in Settings>Application>New Meeting Experience. Can't find it and don't know what to do. Please help.

I switched back to the old Teams and now people's video shares work again. The New Teams sucks!

What is also really annoying is that Teams frequently prompts me to switch to the new Teams. Would be reasonable of Microsoft to fix critical bugs before forcing users into a non-working application.

    Hi José,

I agree! I did the same by reverting back to the previous version of Teams and can now see shared screens again.

So having VPN on causes someone else's video share to not work? Doesn't make sense. Either way, clearing team cache and logging off VPN didn't work. Screen shares by others still doesn't work about 80% of the time.
