Microsoft Teams - Allow Guests to Join Automatically - How?

I've asked this before - and although people have provided answers - I'm still unable to make the necessary adjustments - because I just cannot find the buttons or whatever that are described.

I have the business version of Microsoft Teams. I purchased this. I'm creating meetings. I want people who click the link to join Teams to be added into the meeting automatically WITHOUT me having to manually add them or let them in.

This is all I want.

Should be simple, right? Not if it's Microsoft.

Yeah, for whatever reason - this seems totally impossible. Like I said - when I try to follow instructions given - either the instructions are wrong - I don't have same version of Teams - or it's something else. Basically someone says to click a button or link or menu - but, I am never able to find that button or link or menu. Typical Microsoft nonsense.

Anyway, if it is at all possible - I'd like guests who join my Microsoft Teams meeting to be able to let themselves into the meeting without my involvement.

Hey, not related to this but I saw your post about default line weight for VISIO, I know how to do it, the moderator that locked the thread only gave 1 way that isn't a default. First thing is to select the pointer tool from the tools menu. Click on the grid so that you do not have any shapes or line selected. From the "shapes styles" menu, select the "line" pull down menu, select "weight" then select the .25 weight. All shapes and lines will now be in .25 weight. Not sure if will default every time open the drawing or start new one but at least for the session you are working on, they will always be .25.

Did you open the meeting policies? That was from the global policy - https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/policies/meetings/edit/R2xvYmFs

I followed those links. I don't have the buttons shown in the screen capture of the second link.

Oh, I did not know that was an option - to allow guests to join automatically for all meetings.

I think I may have found the initial problem finding those settings. All of my meetings that I wanted guests to automatically join were impromptu meetings - without using emails to contact attendees. I was merely pressing the 'start meeting now' button and finding a link to share from there. I would send the links to join after the meeting had already started. So, maybe the buttons I needed to locate where in a different menu/window.

Now that I think about it - I might prefer all meetings to allow guests to join automatically. It just makes it a lot easier that way.
