Opening a PDF with desktop app is no longer an option in Microsoft Teams

About a month ago, I was able to right click on a PDF file in Microsoft Teams and open in either desktop, app, or browser but no longer have two of those options.

Where do I look to enable those options to open PDF in app within Teams?

    I just tested with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and able to see all the options below in the picture. I'll raise the issue with Microsoft, thanks.

    Do you have the option to open iWord for instance with a different file?

    Essentially this has been a previous bug before. If the option to open a file in the desktop application of Word or Excel then I would suggest it’s potential bug especially is everything is updated and you’ve tried reinstalling.

    Yes, I mainly use the desktop version of Teams. This morning, I deleted the Teams cache and reopened the app and performed an update. Still no options to open "in app" or "in Teams" for PDF with Adobe. I checked my licenses and I have Microsoft Office Business Premium.

    I’m presuming your still able to open the desktop application of teams?

    Is it fully up to date?
