Hello,

I have an issue where Gifs and Stickers does not load or are available to send in the new Teams when clicking the emoji icon.

"Optional connected Experience" is on and there are no restrictions from our company regarding Giphy. I tried reintsallation and repair, also in the web edition the issue remains the same. I tried deleting the cache as well but did not fixed the issue. Other memebers of the same organisation do not have this issue.

Is there anything I can do in order to not switch to old teams as the only possibility?

Thanks

The new layout is terrible. It takes me three clicks and a lot of maneuvering just to add a file. It is so cumbersome. Who came up with this "simplified" layout??

Agreed, it's become more difficult to navigate, more clicks to get anything done. I've also noticed a drop off in use and feel less connected to my team as a result.

Unfortunately, many times over my working career, I've found that the changes they make in the updates are rarely improvements, as is the case with this one. The stupid "developers" come up with these ridiculous ideas and I've learned to call them "de-provements", because they're typically the opposite of IMprovements! I swear I question the common sense levels of these developers. They might have a high IQ, and they might be good at writing programs, but they're absolutely TERRIBLE at understanding what's helpful to users, and they apparently never ask users if these changes will be helpful or the opposite.

I had the same issue and tried every solution mentioned so far. After a simple poking around, I discovered the GIFs were moved in the emoji icon. If you click the smiley face, you will see the GIFs in the menu.

We know this. We are trying to get it back to the way it was before where they were all separated.
