I was asked by my Director to make two different Display names for his O365 account, one for Outlook [Example: PRG-Director Sameen] and another for Teams [Example:When he emails someone, it shows "PRG-Director Sameen" and when he joins a meeting with Teams, it shows Sameen.please?

This does not appear to work for organization accounts in Microsoft Teams for Work or School.
Any other ideas?

2024-01-20T19:45:55+00:00 Same problem here. Clicking photo doesn't offer suggested navigation. I'm the admin and can't find any reference on this in the admin portal or help files.

2024-01-27T19:15:18+00:00 I am also unable to change my name using the app. The option profile is NOT there so the instructions are incorrect.
You can manually change your name if you decline the app and use the web browser option, it will then show the name “box” before you join the meeting.
However, this is annoying as you have to remember to decline the app.
Microsoft can you please fix this? Update the app so that you can access the option for profile.
