Does any level of MSDN subscription contain the above mentioned IDEs? I am working with a client of my employer that has an ancient code base that they want to update and upgrade and I would like to be able to open the projects in the correct version of Visual Studio so that I might begin the process of upgrading them. The main blocker at this point is an Oracle DLL used in a web service - equariusdataservice.dll

VisualStudio is unable to upgrade the projects. They date back as far as 2002.

If I can find them in MSDN, they should agree to purchase the subscription, however -- I do not want to ask them if it is another dead end.
