Unhide unknown chat

I hide a lot of my chats and have enough memory to search and find the hidden ones that I need later on, but I have a persistent notification of an unread chat, that I have forgotten about.

I have no idea what to search to find it - is there a way to find a hidden chat that I don't know about?

However, thank you so much for bringing this to our attention, your suggestion is very helpful, and I believe it could make the use of Teams even better.
