It seems that it didn't work as well. Have you also tried contacting your Admin to see if there's a problem with the configuration on your profile.

    Hi Matt,

Sorry to know that all the steps did not work. To schedule a team meeting in a channel in Teams, you can follow these steps:

Select Calendar > New meeting > Add channel > choose a channel from the list.

    Add details. Select Send.

You can also try to follow the suggested steps in this thread.

    Hi Jayzar,

I tried all 3 things you suggested: check for updates, closing Outlook and Teams, and using the web version. None of these worked. I'm using the Work/Business desktop version and am trying to schedule directly from the Teams calendar. I've also tried scheduling the meeting from within the channel. I frequently schedule Teams meetings from Outlook but am unaware of how to add that meeting to a Teams channel, if there is a way.

    Hi Matt,

This error message can occur when there is an issue with the Teams app.

How do you schedule the meeting, do you use outlook or directly with Teams?

You can try updating your Teams app by clicking on your MS Teams avatar and checking for updates.

If that doesn't work, you can try closing Outlook and Teams, reopening both, opening a new meeting invitation and adding the MS Teams link before adding the guests.

Can you also check if the issue persists when you use the web version.

Please let me know if you need further help.

    Kind regards,

    Jayzar
