Blank screen in New Teams!

After installation of the New teams, only white screen is shown, it cannot be solved by uninstalling.

    My name is Jackson and thank you for your question.

    I sincerely apologize for the issue you experience with your Teams , I am a user myself and do not work for Microsoft so I understand how frustrating this is.

    We can try the following troubleshooting steps to fix the issue with Teams issue;

    1. Ensure you have the latest device update and Teams update installed
    2. Quit Teams, open task manager and end Teams background process, try rebooting your device and use the New Teams app again.
    3. Clear the Teams App cache and delete the files for your device with steps in the link; https://learn.microsoft.com/microsoftteams/troubleshoot/teams-administration/clear-teams-cache
    4. Clear Microsoft Teams credentials on your windows device; Open the Control Panel app > select Credential Manager > Click Windows Credentials > Click the drop-down arrow for all Teams items under Common Credentials > Click Remove for each Microsoft Teams credential.
    5. It is possible you some corrupt files in the recent windows profile. Try creating another profile and use the new Teams again with the steps. Follow the option to create local use for windows in the link; https://support.microsoft.com/windows/20de74e0-ac7f-3502-a866-32915af2a34d

    7. Try using the web version as a work around on your desktop open a web browser (chrome/edge) and go to https://teams.microsoft.com/.
