I sincerely apologize for the issue you experience with your Teams , I am a user myself and do not work for Microsoft so I understand how frustrating this is.
We can try the following troubleshooting steps to fix the issue with Teams issue;
- Ensure you have the latest device update and Teams update installed
- Quit Teams, open task manager and end Teams background process, try rebooting your device and use the New Teams app again.
- Clear the Teams App cache and delete the files for your device with steps in the link; https://learn.microsoft.com/microsoftteams/troubleshoot/teams-administration/clear-teams-cache
- Clear Microsoft Teams credentials on your windows device; Open the Control Panel app > select Credential Manager > Click Windows Credentials > Click the drop-down arrow for all Teams items under Common Credentials > Click Remove for each Microsoft Teams credential.

- Try using the web version as a work around on your desktop open a web browser (chrome/edge) and go to https://teams.microsoft.com/.
