I'm having this same issue. I've tried all the trouble shooting steps and still haven't been able to fix it. For some reason it is only blocking Wednesday and Thursday for me.

Same problem, have tried all troubleshooting steps provided and nothing has worked. Seems it's only Friday that won't update/work for me.

Nevermind, I was able to resolve this by updating my schedule in OWA then repairing the desktop app.

    Hello Jeff Ernacio**,**

Good day! Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft community.

It appears that you are experiencing an issue with updating your calendar in the new Outlook.

To understand the root cause and narrow down the issue, I need you to try the Outlook Web Application to see if it works or not.

    Before you do that,

please use the Microsoft Edge browser.

Goto settings > Clear the cache and cookies for ALL Time.

The access to Outlook Web Application **** with your business email credentials.

Let's see if the issue lies with New Outlook desktop application or your account itself while you try updating the work hours from OWA.

    • Repair your Outlook profile: You can try to repair your Outlook profile by going to Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles > Select your profile > Click Properties > Click Email Accounts > select your email account > Click Repair.

The following is a method to manually clear Outlook cache in Windows 11/10:

    • First, Close Outlook.
    • Find the location of the cache. If you ask us, it's easy. Before continuing, please save everything you have done and then press the Windows key+R to launch the dialog box.
    • Copy and paste %localappdata% \ Microsoft \ Outlook into the field, and then press Enter on the keyboard.
    • Finally, navigate to the folder named Cache to view all files. Select all files in the folder, then right-click and click the "Delete" option to manually clear the cache. Skip those which are popping-up as database files while deleting.
    • Open outlook to if you are getting same issue or not.

To better understand your problem, I need you to give me some additional information so that we can get on the same page and resolve the issue by working together.

Please understand that our initial response may not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

Thanks for choosing the MS community.

Looking forward to your response and have a great day ahead!!

    Sincerely

S M Nazmun Nur | Microsoft Community Moderator
