I have successfully set the override to start discovering mount points, however the free disk space monitor is not functioning well i believe.
I have set both warning and error % for system drives and non systems drives to 99% and 9999999 of MB free. (These threshold where made to test the trigger before setting the proper thresholds). The monitor however is not firing and same threshold on the C:\ works immediately.
Performance graphs shows correct values which are below 80% and 7TB of free space.
Anything i am missing ?

Hmm...odd, this should actually work. Any events on the agent side? Are opening a case with MS?
I have set the override on all volumes and only a particular volume triggered the alert. The servers are common and volumes are identical.
The volumes and servers are being used to host Exchange, and the volume which fired the alert is the spare volume.
Will check if the other volumes are within the Exchange cluster, maybe its why Windows Server MP is not triggering since its being considered as cluster disk.

this seems pretty strange. I had to monitor also some mount points a few weeks ago and did the same. I had no problems with alerting.
A couple of what might be stupid questions: Have yoiu waited long enough? Are there any related events (Errors, Warnings) on those agents?
What ifg you increase the MB Free Disks Space to over 1TB? Not that the calcs are done differently.....

Ye indeed strange :/ . I have waited long enough and also reduced both the interval and samples to 300 seconds.
i had also reset the health and cache of the said agent. I also enabled to old logical disk % free space low, and same no alerting. With 9999999MB should be around 9TB
Are the mount points listed as members of the "Logical Disk" class? Do they appear in the discovered inventory when you select the class as a target?
Last one: Could it be that you are targeting the wrong class - Windows Server 2016 + Logical Disks vs. Windows Server 2012 R2 Logical Disk?
