Teams noise suppression during a call is not working as the user wants...

He has meetings from an office with a lot of noise and his colleagues from the call cannot understand him

Why Voice Isolation is not available as well?

Yes, this user is using a noise cancelling headset but maybe he needs a better headset as regard performance

Ok, thank you for the info. We'll try to enable it

    Hello Cristian,

Thanks for contacting Microsoft forum community, it's our pleasure to assist on the above query.

May I know if this user is using a noise cancelling headset?

To the best of my knowledge, voice isolation isn't limited to specific regions. However, you need to first enable it for your users. This has to be allowed by the team's admin using the Teams PowerShell module. More info in this article. Manage voice isolation for your users' Microsoft Teams calls and meetings - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn. Example in screenshot below.

Once this is enabled, the user should have the option for voice isolation feature in the teams app. Voice isolation in Microsoft Teams calls and meetings - Microsoft Support [8566-68db-477-2fa6]

Thanks so much for your time and look forward to your update in case of further query.
