This should not be coming from the community but should have been part of the build when they added the feature to the app a long time ago. Therefore it should be added to the backlog to fix once production bugs are released to production.

Thanks for the suggestion although that is a temporary workaround to a typical Microsoft design flaw. We've been able to add multiple work accounts on the app for a while, so I would have thought the website would at least be able to do the same...

    Hi Stephent,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

To use multiple Microsoft Teams accounts on the web, you can follow these practical methods depending on your browser and preferences:

    1. Use Different Browser Profiles

    • Create a new browser profile:
      • In Edge, click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
      • Select "Add" or "Manage profiles" and create a new one.
    • Log into Teams in each profile with a different account.
    • Each profile keeps its own cookies and sessions, so you can stay logged into multiple accounts simultaneously.

    2. Use Different Browsers

    • You can use Edge, or something else.

Note: Understand that our initial response doesn't always resolve the issue immediately.

I hope this information is useful.
Thank you for your patience and understanding so far.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Sincerely,
Kai Vo – MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
