Missing the option of Register Teams as the chat app for Office in new Teams

Hi there,

I am facing a serious problem to have a "Register Teams as the chat app for Office" in new Teams, please check the screenshot for reference, the option is missing under Setting.

Please help.

    For New Teams can't select "Register the new Teams as the chat app....".

    I have successfully resolved this issue.

    1. Use an admin account to login to the computer. (Must be admin account)
    2. Login to new teams.
    3. Click "Continue" with "Make the new Teams your default app for chats and calls".
    4. Check New Teams Setting "Register the new Teams as the chat app...." should already be selected.
    5. Now you can sign out admin account and login back into your personal account.
    6. **Restart New Teams and Outlook.
    7. You can see the Outlook Status now.
