When asking the It Chatbot a question that should answer via Conversation Boosting (Generative AI) it will give the below System Error. This isn't for every message, multiple people have tried and its about a 50% return rate of the system error or generate answer as expected. The answers on CoPilot studio are correct, I have republished the Chatbot to see if this would force the answers to be correct but I still receive the error message.Last time we had a 'system error' it was raised to Microsoft as advised on their error message faqs.Sessions do not show the same error for people using organically.Error: Sorry, something unexpected happened. We’re looking into it. Error code: SystemError. Conversation ID: a:1qP2-VaZ2wi87xQGcUyReWFs-6XNOEiYQu__n7JkczWG6Ohu75Q6O206KuIyq3wZ2TaUhGHMwssBzpRmsBPiPjWS9gsG2KHchZzVq8pji6MoJmdfg4qKYRK6WO8P4wRCN. Hello David Lin_478

Good day and thanks for posing in Microsoft community.

From the description, it sounds like you’re experiencing a frustrating issue with the IT Chatbot’s generative AI responses. Given that the error occurs intermittently and has persisted despite republishing. Several factors like Server Load or Performance Issues or Configuration or Integration Issues might contribute to the issue occurring. Given the complexity of the situation and the persistence of the issue, I believe it would be beneficial to escalate this matter to Microsoft's support team for advance troubleshooting.

They specialize in advanced troubleshooting techniques and have the expertise necessary to delve deeper into the root cause of the issue. Microsoft's back-end support team should collect some more advanced log information from your MS Teams account through a remote session to diagnose the current scenario.

Please keep in mind as a forum supporter, we do not have sufficient permissions and resources to conduct research your account directly. We recommend that you contact your Microsoft 365 administrator and follow the steps in this article Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn **** to create a support ticket to Microsoft.
