    Dear Sai krishna 03,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

To support and implement Microsoft Teams Voice, an engineer may aim to obtain the Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Voice Engineer Expert certification.

    1. Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate: Exam MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate - Certifications | Microsoft Learn.
    2. Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Voice Engineer Expert: Exam MS-720: Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer.

These certifications validate the skills needed to plan, design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot integrated communications solutions using Microsoft Teams. They also cover areas such as telecommunication technologies, Microsoft Teams Phone with PSTN connectivity, Direct Routing, Operator Connect, Teams Calling Plans, and managing Teams-certified devices.

If you need more detailed information or resources to prepare for these exams, please post a new thread in Training, Certification, and Program Support (microsoft.com).

I hope the information helps! If there is any update or I misunderstand you, please feel free to let me know. I will continue to assist you. Your understanding and co-operation are highly appreciated.

Thanks for your precious time. Have a nice day.
