using a wireless microphone

I am using Teams on my iphone and have tried using a wireless microphone but it doesn’t work. I am presenting and won’t have participation from others so I’m trying to get a better sound quality than my headphones. Is there a way to make the wireless microphone work? I am using a mic transmitter (clipped to me) and a receiver that I plug into the phone.

Thanks!
