I am trying to create a Form/Survey in Teams, but I am receiving a 'Session id' error.

I am checking to see if you managed to check with your company I.T on this. Since, from the error message it's highly possible that it's an internal policy causing this and any troubleshooting steps will be ineffective without checking this first.

I'm so sorry that you have a problem with trying to create a Form/Survey in Teams. I deeply understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it.

We appreciate your understanding that sometimes initial responses may not resolve the issue soon. However, we can work together to reduce and resolve the problem. So, for further clarification, could you please provide the results of performing the below steps so that we can further narrow down the issue: 

Could please create a form under a specific group in Microsoft Forms. Here’s how:

1. Go to Microsoft Forms https://forms.office.com, go to the left of the page, and then select Forms.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of your page to see your groups under **"My groups",**Select the Team
3. Select "New Group Form".
4. Follow the steps for how to create a form.

After Go to your Microsoft Teams team(You can try both online and desktop version) and follow these steps:

1. In Microsoft Teams, go to the channel where you want to create the form.
2. Click on “Add a tab”.
3. Under “Tabs for your team”,select“Forms”.
4. In the Forms tab configuration page, choose “Add an existing form” and press Save.

Thank you so much for your detailed response. It is appreciated. The error message I am getting is that 'your organisation has not enabled this'. Therefore, I think it is due to my companies' internal policies. It is however very strange as I have done a Teams Form in the same chat group before. Very strange.
