I need to access my webcam setting to adjust the zoom and panning as the old version had. It appears to be missing. If it is will there be an update to add it back in. Terrible without it.

Microsoft, please fix this asap. I don't understand why you would remove a function that is available on every mobile cam on the market. Please fix now.

Is New Teams going to get a fix? This has been a known issue for some time. When will this be addressed by Microsoft?

Not working properly. I expect this Camera Zoom In/Out functionality to be operable Day 1.

    Hi, Costello68

    Good day.

Thank you for posting to the Microsoft Community. We are glad to assist you.

According to your description, it seems that you're using the NEW Teams version. After checking on my-side that the New Teams does not have the settings to adjust zoom and panning.

Thus, would you please try to back to the legacy version as below:

    1. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the Teams app.
    2. Select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
    3. Click on "Devices" from the left-hand menu.
    4. Under the "Camera" section, you should see your webcam listed. Click on it to access the settings.
    5. You should be able to adjust the zoom and panning settings from there.

Please be kindly to understand that Microsoft regularly releases updates to add new features and fix issues, we all hope the settings you are looking for may be added in a future update.

Meanwhile, please share your precious idea in here -Community (microsoft.com).

Thanks for your precious time and your understanding would be highly appreciated.

    Hope you all the best!

    Microsoft Community Moderator.
