Additional chat-related features and issues within Microsoft Teams for business

After thorough research and consulting, it has been determined that there is currently there isn't a built-in way within Microsoft Teams to automatically generate a monthly summary of a chat. The only option is that you can manually export the chat history for a specific timeframe (e.g., monthly) using the "Export chat" option in Teams; and then review the exported chat history and create a summary document highlighting key points, decisions, or action items.
There may be another way to achieve this using Microsoft Power Automate Flow to create automated workflows that triggers at the beginning of each montha and Sends the report to designated recipients; Setting up a Power Automate flow requires some technical expertise, so if you choose this option, I suggest you post in Microsoft Power Automate community at Microsoft Power Automate Community - Power Platform Community or Power Automate - Microsoft Community Hub; I am sure that our experts from that team can address your query effectively and accurately.
