You can't directly schedule a future meeting through the Microsoft Teams app on your iPhone, but you can easily start an instant meeting or join a scheduled meeting. Here's how to do both:

Start an Instant Meeting:

Open the Microsoft Teams app on your iPhone. Tap on the "Calendar" icon (it looks like a date grid) at the bottom of the screen. On the calendar view, tap the "+" button in the bottom left corner (it might also look like a new meeting icon). Choose "New meeting." You can optionally enter a meeting title and add attendees by entering their email addresses. Tap "Start meeting" to begin your instant meeting. Join a Scheduled Meeting:

You should receive a meeting invite email with a link to join the meeting. Open the email invite and tap on the "Join Microsoft Teams Meeting" link. The Teams app will launch and connect you to the meeting.
