    Hello Brooker,

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft community. I'd like to let you know this is a peer-to-peer support forum meaning I'm just fellow regular MS forum users like you who are trying to help other MS forum users with their issues. I'm a Non-Microsoft Staff I don't have access to your account, nor I'm authorized to do so.

To request access to a Teams meeting recording and download it for saving to a shared folder, follow these steps:

If the recording is in the meeting chat or channel: Open the chat or channel where the recording is located. Find the recording file. Select the recording and click More options (three dots). Choose Download to save the recording to your device.

For non-channel meetings, the recording is stored in the meeting organizer’s OneDrive for Business. If you were invited to the meeting, you can access the recording through the Files tab in the chat, channel, or meeting details. : Ask the meeting organizer to share the recording from their OneDrive with Can edit permission: Go to OneDrive > My files > Recording folder. Find the recorded meeting. Share it with your email address and grant Can edit permission. You can then download or save the recording to your shared folder.

Note: that only the meeting organizer can download the recording initially, but once shared, you’ll have access to it as well.

If you are the admin, you would have to grant yourself admin access to the OneDrive involved, or in SharePoint if it was a channel meeting. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/tmr-meeting-recording-change#permissions-or-role-based-access

    I hope this helps Ruth
