Based on your description, I understand you concern with to send a caller directly from auto attendant to a user's voice mail.
May I know whether you are a Teams admin or an end user? If you are an admin, you can do following steps:
- Access the Teams Admin Center: Go to the Microsoft Teams Admin Center.
- Navigate to Auto Attendants: In the left-hand menu, select Voice > Auto Attendants.
- Edit or Create an Auto Attendant: Either edit an existing auto attendant or create a new one.
- Configure Call Flow: Add a new call flow option and select Redirect call. Choose Voicemail as the destination. Enter the user's email address or username to direct the call to their voicemail.
