Here are a few possible solutions that you can try:
- Make sure that Teams New has the permission to access Screen Recording and Accessibility in the System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy tab. You may need to unlock the padlock icon and enter your admin password to make changes.
- If you have already granted the permission, you may need to restart your Mac or quit and relaunch Teams New for the changes to take effect.
- If the issue persists, you may try to switch back to the classic Teams app by turning off the New Teams toggle at the top of Teams or in the Settings and more menu. The New Teams app is still in a preview state and may not have all the features and functionalities of the classic app.
- Alternatively, you may use the web version of Teams in your browser, which may not have the same screen sharing issue as the app. However, you may need to install a browser extension to enable screen sharing.
