How do we access the Q&A report in Teams Town Hall?

In Teams Live Event we are able to pull a report (csv) post meeting to be able to address the questions after the meeting ends. In Teams Town Hall there is no report where we can pull the questions to put together an FAQ document or respond directly to those that asked questions that we did not have time to answer during the meeting.

Someone other than one of the co-organizers may need access to this info and in the past we could send them the Q&A CSV file to act accordingly. As Teams Town Hall is now, only co-organizers can see the Q&A info. We recently had a meeting with so many questions that we could not address them all during the meeting. We need to be able to pull a report with the Q&A the same way that we are able to download an Attendee Report in Teams Town Hall.

    Retiring Teams Live Events while forcing the use to Town Halls and intentionally omitting the simple Q&A report seems incredibly short sighted. This needs added ASAP. I should not need to take a million screenshots just to capture Q&A.

    I often deal with audiences in the thousands, if not 10,000 plus, so getting hundreds of screenshots is just silly, especially since this feature previously existed in Teams Live.

    Townhall invite -> MANAGE EVENT -> REPORTS-> on the download icon (Upper right), there's a drop down - choose Q&A report

    In Teams Town Hall there is no "Q&A Transcript". There is only a "Transcript" which does not include the typed questions or answers from the Town Hall Q&A panel. the Attendance report does not include the typed questions and answers.

    The only source of typed questions and answers is in the Q&A tab, which requires a lot of painstaking copy/paste and formatting to make any kind of Q&A document.

    Manually compile the Q&A content from the transcript. Use this information to create an FAQ document or respond directly to unanswered questions.

    Would be very helpful if those were included in the report (add a column for status (In Review, Published, Dismissed, Deleted). For large events it is completely unworkable to publish all questions to get them in the report or to try to review them in the Town Hall Q&A. Town Hall is still not quite to Teams Live Event feature parity.
