    Hi Jeyeline M,

    Good day.

Thank you for posting to the Microsoft Community. We are glad to assist.

To create an organization chart with multiple reporting managers, you can use the "Matrix" layout option in the SmartArt graphic feature in Microsoft PowerPoint.

Here are the steps to create an organization chart with multiple reporting managers:

    1. Open Microsoft PowerPoint and select "Insert" from the top menu.
    2. Click on "SmartArt" and select the "Hierarchy" category.
    3. Choose the "Matrix" layout option.
    4. Enter the names and titles of the employees in the chart.
    5. To add multiple reporting managers, select the employee and click on "Add Assistant" in the SmartArt Tools menu.
    6. Repeat step 5 for each additional reporting manager.

Should you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me. Look forward to hearing from you.

Please understand that our initial response may not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

    Best regards,
