This problem is obviously widespread and needs to be fixed. Firefox users are unable to participate in Teams meetings via the web because the audio/video permissions dialog box does not appear.

I experience the same problem. The "Allow/Block" option which is present in Edge does not occur in FireFox. Compare the following screenshots of Edge (asks for permission to use microphones and cameras) and FireFox (never asks). So not a hardware issue.

The settings in FireFox suggest that no site has requested permission to use the camera or microphone, and no block is in place.

I also experience the same behaviour. Once in twenty tries, it will eventually work, but most of the times, Teams will just go on as if camera was not allowed.
