Hello Eunice.
Reasonably have already done all what you suggest. i had started with Logitech support and they referred me to Microsoft support as the problem is only with New MS Teams:
- Update Logitech software: Ensure you're running the latest Logitech Zone Wireless Plus software and firmware.
- I apply software and firmware updates on regular basis as soon the are available from Logitech, - no effect
- USB receiver placement: Try moving the USB receiver to a different USB port or a USB hub to rule out any interference.
- Just have done it once again it gave a short effect but after MS Teams application restart the issue persists
- Teams settings: Check Teams settings to ensure the headset is selected as the default audio device.
- done, no effect
- Audio settings: Ensure that the headset is not muted or set to a low volume in Windows audio settings.
- done, no effect
- Conflict with other devices: Try disconnecting other USB devices and see if the issue persists.
- done, it was tried even on another notebook with win 10 and and Win 11. Problem persists
Additionally, you can try:
- Restarting your PC and Teams
- done, and I have been doing this every day since New MS Teams was released, problem persists (and if I try MS Teams Classic everything is fine!)
- Resetting the USB receiver by unplugging it, waiting for 10 seconds, and plugging it back in
- Just have done it once again it gave a short effect but after MS Teams application restart the issue persists
