Hello.

I have trouble with Logitech Zone Wireless Pluss headset in NEW Teams for business:

Logitech Zone Plus USB receiver (dongle) disconnects / connects in NEW MS Teams (though there were no trouble with the old MS Teams).

Every time when I start session in NEW MS Teams on my PC the headset says "dongle is disconnected" and soon afterwards "Dongle is connected" but people cannot hear me for some time which is extremely irritating for everybody.

I _think_ I might have found a workaround. In Teams, go to Settings -> Devices and disable the Sync Device Buttons option, then restart Teams. I did this a week ago and have not had the issue recur since. Could be a coincidence, but worth trying.

I am having the exact same problem with my Logitech zone wireless plus. I have had mine for a couple of years and it worked perfectly. But now it behaves exactly like yours and has for a few months. Please let me know if you find a solution.

I have exactly the same problem. This has been the case since the new Teams came out.

Of course, for a while it was still possible to use Teams Classic, but that's no longer the case with my employer.

It's ironic that a product labelled Teams Certified doesn't work, or only works very badly, with the Teams application.

    Hello Vladislav E,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community. My name is Eunice, and I'm happy to help.

I am sorry you are experiencing this problem. The issue you're experiencing with the Logitech Zone Wireless Plus headset and the NEW Teams for business can be resolved by trying the following steps:

    1. Update Logitech software: Ensure you're running the latest Logitech Zone Wireless Plus software and firmware.
    2. USB receiver placement: Try moving the USB receiver to a different USB port or a USB hub to rule out any interference.
    3. Teams settings: Check Teams settings to ensure the headset is selected as the default audio device.
    4. Audio settings: Ensure that the headset is not muted or set to a low volume in Windows audio settings.
    5. Conflict with other devices: Try disconnecting other USB devices and see if the issue persists.

    Additionally, you can try:

    • Restarting your PC and Teams
    • Resetting the USB receiver by unplugging it, waiting for 10 seconds, and plugging it back in

Let me know if you need more help.

    Regards, Eunice

    Hello Eunice.

Reasonably have already done all what you suggest. i had started with Logitech support and they referred me to Microsoft support as the problem is only with New MS Teams:

    1. Update Logitech software: Ensure you're running the latest Logitech Zone Wireless Plus software and firmware.

    - I apply software and firmware updates on regular basis as soon the are available from Logitech, - no effect

    1. USB receiver placement: Try moving the USB receiver to a different USB port or a USB hub to rule out any interference.

    - Just have done it once again it gave a short effect but after MS Teams application restart the issue persists

    1. Teams settings: Check Teams settings to ensure the headset is selected as the default audio device.

    - done, no effect

    1. Audio settings: Ensure that the headset is not muted or set to a low volume in Windows audio settings.

    - done, no effect

    1. Conflict with other devices: Try disconnecting other USB devices and see if the issue persists.

    - done, it was tried even on another notebook with win 10 and and Win 11. Problem persists

    Additionally, you can try:

    • Restarting your PC and Teams

    - done, and I have been doing this every day since New MS Teams was released, problem persists (and if I try MS Teams Classic everything is fine!)

    • Resetting the USB receiver by unplugging it, waiting for 10 seconds, and plugging it back in

    - Just have done it once again it gave a short effect but after MS Teams application restart the issue persists
