Dear Microsoft Teams Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am currently facing an issue with the new version of Microsoft Teams that is affecting my ability to manage my class effectively. Specifically, I need to add a large number of students to a class team, but it seems that the option to add multiple students at once is no longer available in this updated version. In previous versions, I could easily add students by uploading a list or using bulk actions. However, with this update, I can only add them individually, which is very time-consuming given the size of my class. Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue or provide any workarounds that would allow me to add all students at once? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

    Eben-Ezer Tres,

Could this method also be used to update users in MS Teams? We need to be able to add and remove users regularly using a csv file.

    Dear Mumen Rababah,

Good day. After thorough research and consulting, it’s been concluded that the Microsoft New Teams currently doesn't offer a built-in feature for bulk importing members in the new interface. Neither the free "Refined Microsoft Teams" extension nor the current Teams app allows direct bulk uploads.

    As workaround :

If you have admin privileges, you can use the Microsoft Teams Admin Centre to import members in bulk using a CSV file. This method offers more control and reduces the risk of errors compared to manual additions.

Here's a general guideline (search for official documentation for detailed steps):

    1. Access the Microsoft Teams Admin Centre.
    2. Navigate to the "Teams" section and select "Manage teams."
    3. Choose the target team and go to the "Members" section.
    4. Look for an option to "Add" members. You might see buttons like "Integration import" or "CSV" for bulk uploads.
    5. Prepare a CSV file following the specified format (usually including user email addresses).
    6. Upload the CSV file and confirm the import process.

    Third-party Management Tools:

Several third-party tools integrate with Microsoft 365 and offer functionalities like bulk user management for Microsoft

Also you created a workflow in Ms. Teams,

    1. Create a workflow in the teams as follows
    2. prepare a excel with the list of email and make it as table
    3. link the file in the workflow as the following photo.
