I am using teams for one of my Work account on local PC. Every other day I had to re-install teams because it goes no unatheticated mode.

Please see below error.

I cant see any button to re-auth it either. So How to re-auntheticate Teams for the error - We Couldn't authenticate you. This could be due to a device or network problem, or Teams could be experiencing a technical issue

Double check and make sure you have "Automatically Detect settings" in your LAN settings. You can do this by completing the following steps:

    Open Control Panel
Select Internet Options (View by: Small Icons)

Go to the Internet Options>Connections Tab

Click on LAN Settings at the bottom
Then confirm LAN settings are set to "Automatically Detect settings" under Automatic Configuration

If it is not selected, please select it.

    Hopefully this helps. :)

I have the same issue on my devices but it only occurs when I access through my house WIFI and not the Mobile sim backed internet.

IDK why it is the way it is but sure is frustrating.

im having same issues with teams, and also outlook integration of teams.

it's frustrting as MS support services is h*ll to navigate and when you do get through, they are useless. I have been trying to get my outlook teams and the actual teams to work for week now without success. i'm pretty much ready to say bye to MS and move over to google workspace.

I am also having the same issue as of today.

    • Latest MacOS release
    • Teams appears to be up to date in the Microsoft Auto Updater
    • Teams works as expected in Browser on the same device
    • My Mac currently has the Platform SSO preview enabled.

I have tried the following with no fix:

    • Logging out & back in
    • Clearing Teams cache
    • Restarting device multiple times

I am still able to send & receive calls & messages, however, I cannot see any user profiles or statuses.
