Error : " Pasted limit exceeded. Please try again "

Dear Team,

I always use teams to communicate with company.

Some times we need to copy tables from Excel and to paste on Teams. But, I couldn't paste table from some specific Excel sheets.

It's says " Pasted limit exceeded. Please try again ".

Same time I enable to copy and paste into Teams from different excel sheets.

    We had a ticket opened with Microsoft regarding this issue. They have not confirmed the issue or provided a solution. Instead, Microsoft Support have mentioned that the paste limit is 250k characters in Teams, but it is clear that the new and classic Teams apps process pasted tables differently. They opened internal ticket regarding this issue, but unfortunately it was rejected by the Product group. However, they also opened a community request to improve pasting limits in Microsoft Teams:

    I understand the inconvenience you’re facing when trying to paste tables from Excel into Teams.

    Close both Microsoft Teams and Excel completely. Then reopen them and try copying and pasting again. Clear Teams cache

    Sometimes, clipboard history can cause issues. Try clearing your clipboard history by pressing Win + V (Windows key + V) and then selecting “Clear all” to remove any lingering clipboard items.

    Create a simple table in a new Excel sheet and try copying and pasting it into Teams. This will help determine if the issue is specific to certain spreadsheets.

    Hi there, it's not quite the same issue but when I had tables in my OneNote content I could not paste the content into a Teams Chat. I removed the tables and simply had the text and images, and then I could paste the content without a problem

    Thank you for your response. I have tried which are you mentioned in your reply. But, Issue still there.

    And, also I facing that issue with five excel sheets not with all.

    That is why I am so confused..

    Anyway thanks for yours response.
