Whether on my desktop app, or online. When I load my teams up the list of chats on the left hand side does not load, I am just presented with a two cogs similar to a settings icon, as well as an exclamation mark. Is there something in my settings that can be done to show them for me again? Any help would be massively appreciated.

This fixed my problem: Go to the (...) next to your initials or picture, Settings, Chats and channels, Set the Viewing chats, teams, and channels into Separate. Hope this helps!
