    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out. My name is Furkaan, a user just like you. I’d be happy to help you with your concerns. I understand your frustration with the white screen issue in Microsoft Teams. It can be disruptive during meetings. Let's troubleshoot further:

    Basic Checks:

Physical Connection: Double-check that your camera is properly connected to your computer. If it's a laptop camera, make sure it's not disabled by a physical switch.

Camera Access: Ensure Microsoft Teams has permission to access your camera. You can usually find these settings in your computer's privacy settings.

Restart: A simple restart of your computer can sometimes resolve temporary glitches.

    Microsoft Teams Settings:

Camera Selection: Within the Teams app, go to Settings > Devices and verify that the correct camera is selected.

Video Enable: Make sure the video option is turned on within the meeting itself.

    Advanced Troubleshooting:

Clear Teams Cache: Clearing the Teams cache can sometimes resolve issues caused by corrupted data.

Update Teams and Drivers: Ensure you're running the latest version of Microsoft Teams and have updated camera drivers for your device.

Reinstall Teams: If the above steps fail, consider reinstalling Microsoft Teams.

    Additional Tips:

Test Camera: Try using your camera in another application, like a web browser, to see if it functions there. This can help isolate if the issue is specific to Teams.

Check for Conflicting Applications: Close any other applications that might be using your camera in the background.

If none of these solutions work:

Microsoft Support: Reach out to Microsoft support for further assistance. They may have additional insights specific to your situation.
