Dear ABYO Admin
Good day and thanks for sharing the above query in Microsoft forum community, pleasure to assist on the above query.
To achieve your goal of restricting external users from accessing your Teams channels and documents while still allowing them to join online meetings, you can configure the following settings in the Teams Admin Center.
Guest Access: Turn Off guest access. This will prevent external users from being added to your Teams channels and accessing documents.
External Access: Keep On external access. This allows users in your organization to chat and meet with people outside the organization. You can configure this to allow meetings with external participants without giving them access to your Teams channels or documents
Using Meeting Policies:
- Navigate to Meetings > Meeting Policies in the Teams Admin Center.
- Either select an existing policy or create a new one.
- In the Meeting join & lobby section, set People can join external meetings hosted by to Anyone or Only people in trusted orgs, depending on your preference
